i found staff GREAT. The breakfast had enough variety. The hotel's location allows easy walking to attractions. Direct access to the Metro system exists one block from the hotel.
Air conditioning was a LITTLE noisy . The adjoining room meant noise traveled occasionally.

The gym remains open 24 hours. The indoor pool was in excellent condition. The hotel features modern decor AND wood floors in each room.

The location provided convenient access to many city attractions. The room's layout was functional, I liked the separate sleeping and living areas. The staff responded quickly when I requested extra towels. The hotel had a connected supermarket. This made grabbing necessities easy.

The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I appreciated the easy access to the adjacent grocery store. It was super handy for snacks. The location was close to the Metro.. a huge plus for getting around quickly.

The hotel is very near the Berri UQAM station, where the yellow, green and orange lines intersect. This provides easy access to various parts of the area. The Metro is less than a block from the hotel.

the location proved acceptable for accessing various parts of the city.
my room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival. i found hair in the bathroom and on the towels. this was quite off-putting, and the hotel didn't offer any real compensation, and i find it hard to recommend this place.

i stayed in a spacious room and enjoyed the skyline view it was excellent the beds were very comfortable. the staff was kind and helpful i found this very valuable. a starbucks was conveniently located downstairs i did appreciate that and there was an attached grocery store.
